Thesis @ icon incar x HfG
Thesis in a nutshell:
Defining a new user experience for motorcycle helmets using augmented reality technology. By creating a future scenario, I extracted useful functions to enhance the joy of a ride. Functions include route planing, driving information and safety features. The user will experience a guided tour with an interface integrated into the environment. Riding enhanced by mixed reality.
The project was done in cooperation with icon incar. The technical implementation was done by the great developer team. Without them the concept would not have become reality in a working prototype. The prototype is owned by icon incar and features a sophisticated system to demonstrate the use case with a Hololens.
